"I used dried Herbs de Provence (includes the lavender) and added some extra individual spices. I rubbed the entire ham with EVOO, then heavily crusted with herb mixture. Seemed to absorb more of the flavor and had a nice outside crust. I served at a New Years party and friends from Sweden who never like new dishes and NEVER take leftovers asked"
