Fantastic! I scaled up this recipe and used it for an end of the school year freezing point depression lab with my chemistry classes. (FYI for 200 servings, 4.5 gallons of milk, 4.5 gallons half and half, 15 pounds sugar, 200 ml vanilla extract.
