My Activity

Reviewed Corn Chowder

"YUM!

I used skim milk and flour instead of cream, and the grocery store didn't have fresh corn on hand so I used one can of corn niblets with the juice. Came out fabulous and warmed my tummy. I'd definitely make this again. Thanks, Tyler!

Reviewed Minestrone Soup

"This was a really yummy and easy recipe. I think this might be the third or fourth recipe that I've used from Ellie Krieger...she never lets us down. Healthy, tasty, and fast. The green beans add a nice touch. I do plan on making this soup again.

Reviewed Green Beans with Onion

"Fabulously easy and delicious side dish but don't forget to add GARLIC! 2-3 minced garlic cloves make the flavors come alive.

Reviewed Tuscan Vegetable Soup

"Excellent veggie soup; however, I added 16oz of tomato sauce because the herbs seemed a little overpowering.

Reviewed Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

"I loved this and will make it again. I added 2 cups of pumpkin and used a little less sugar than what the recipe called for. Other than that, this was a fabulous find.

Reviewed Three Bean and Beef Chili

"This came out fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly and didn't have to change a thing. It makes a huuuge pot that can serve at around 6-8 people. In Hawaii, we serve our chili over white rice.....this recipe is a keeper!
