"I added a few things to this. like Parmesan cheese and Seasoned bread crumbs and that worked well as a binder. you can also always add shredded Carrots and or garlic! everything is better with Garlic :) ""

Favorite Foods
i love all kinds of foods, mostly comfort foods. I am famous for my very own meatloaf, and for my Abuella's Pollo Guisado dish.. it is a Spanish style Chicken stew served over white rice with Fried Tostones! mmmm
