"I was also very surprised how dry the dough was. It was very difficult to roll and work with. I also am disappointed in the level of spice in the cookies. The comparison to cardboard that some of the other reviewers used doesn't seem far off. I am normally a fan of Paula's recipes but I will not be repeating this one.""
