I liked this recipe very much. Tasty and healthier than others I've made with cream. This has a nice clean but comforting feel to it. I used a bag of frozen butternut squash that was already cubed so that saved a lot of prep time~ and I also added a carrot too! Oh and I only used 5 cups of stock instead of 6 and it had just the right consistency."

Seriously? Should be called mush and cheese. For all of the richness there is very little flavor. Also more time consuming than you would think and expensive. sooooo good! crunchy, juicy, tasty~ only used about 1/4 cup of the grated cheese (only because that is all that I had on hand) but I also added some flavored breadcrumbs to the corn flake mix. I did flip them over the last 15 minutes also. Loved it & look forward to making it again :)"
