Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup

"I liked this recipe very much. Tasty and healthier than others I've made with cream. This has a nice clean but comforting feel to it. I used a bag of frozen butternut squash that was already cubed so that saved a lot of prep time~ and I also added a carrot too! Oh and I only used 5 cups of stock instead of 6 and it had just the right consistency."

Reviewed Buttermilk Baked Chicken

"sooooo good! crunchy, juicy, tasty~ only used about 1/4 cup of the grated cheese (only because that is all that I had on hand) but I also added some flavored breadcrumbs to the corn flake mix. I did flip them over the last 15 minutes also. Loved it & look forward to making it again :)"
