Better than I thought. It was not too hard to make. Most items I can get right from my garden. I brought it to a potluck picnic and it was good. The recipe makes a big dish. I would suggest if you are only making it for 1 or 2 people to reduce the recipe. Because of the tomatoes the salad does not taste as good a day or 2 after you make it. "
