"I never post reviews on here, but after all the time and effort I put into this cake I felt a review was necessary. One poster commented that not everyone is a baker, but I'm known for my baked goods, and this cake was not good. The layers were way too heavy and dense with not enough coconut flavor. The filling was runny and tasted kind of strange"
