Great recipe and easy to follow! Jazzed up the cheese a bit by using equal amounts of gruyere, emmentaler, and appenzeller. Also realized at the last minute that I was out of dry mustard :( but it still turned out great! For dippers, we used an Italian country bread, pretzel bread, gala apples and blanched broccoli.
