Delicious! I tried it the "major BOO BOO" way because I'm a vegetarian and it was SO good. I may garnish with julienne cucumber for a cool, fresh topping. Can't wait to serve it to my husband tonight. Yay."

If this is your first time preparing this recipe then I would definitely suggest cutting the salt quantities-- other than that I love it. This homemade version tastes fresher than anything I've tried in an eatery. I eat mine without the pitas, topped with a lightly dressed onion and tomato garnish and accompanied by a cabbage slaw salad or tabboul"

I have no complaints. This homemade version taste fresher than any store bought falafel. I eat it without the pita, topped with a white onion and tomato garnish and accompanied by a cabbage slaw. I use less parsley and more cilantro because that's my preference. I also prefer to use canned chickpeas because I don't have the patience to soak them ...
