This IS an awesome recipe which I doubled for a 50 person party. I used my hand mixer with the egg mixture over the simmering water, then moved the mixer bowl to my stand mixer. Much easier than whisking by hand. Do take care to keep the electrical cord away from your open flame !!The flavors are outstanding, Anne! Thank you! You rock."

I thought I'd try a new roulade recipe; what a mistake. OMG. flavorless cake, baking time way too long. Waste of time and ingred. Not really worth one star!
