A very quick, easy, healthy side dish. Two comments; be generous with the spinach, it reduces significantly when it wilts, and 2; go light on the nutmeg, it adds a great flavor but at the portion given in the recipe, it is somewhat overpowering. Otherwise, all in all, a great recipe."

This dish came out pretty good, but since I substituted brown rice for white, the rice was undercooked and tough. Next time I would boil an additional 10 minutes or so. I also didn't add any nuts, as I didn't have any on hand."

I love this recipe !!! It took two attempts to grill the tilapia properly (the first attempt the filets fell apart trying to flip them during grilling), but it didn't affect the taste.

Very easy, healthy, and quite tasty. Instead of the marinated turkey scallopini, I sauteed ;lean ground turkey breast. I also added sliced mushrooms with the asparagus called for in the recipe and topped the dish off with shredded parmesan cheese."
