"I made these the other night while watching 9 inches of snow accumulate outside. Took about 2.5 hours from start to taste. I thought directions were clear enough and all ingredients pefect. The crust might have been a little thicker and moving to a smaller pan would accomplish that but may not like the extra filling depth. Loved the tartness and texture. Wouldn't change a thing, they were delicious and I look forward to making them again. I noticed a comment about limes as a substitute and think thats sounds great. I'll try it also.
