My Activity

Reviewed Buffalo-Chicken Macaroni and Cheese

"I have made this many times and it is always a huge hit! It really is not hot, even though the amount of hot sauce seems like a lot. It travels well, and is always one of the first dishes empty. You can add a bit more 1/2 and 1/2 if you like it a bit creamier. Guys love it!!"

Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas with Roasted Tomatillo Chile Salsa

"The tomatillo salsa is fabulous! I also roasted some poblano chilies with the rest of the sauce ingredients. It goes great on burritos, tacos, and chips. Very fresh tasting and easy! I usually keep some on hand to add zip to any Mexican dish."

Reviewed Whiskey Cream Sauce

"I served this to my husbands golf group - 40 men - and they went crazy over it. We had grilled cajun rubbed beef tenderloin and the sauce paired great with it. Still receiving complements weeks later!
Thanks Ree!!"

Reviewed Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

"Overall this was a great mac & cheese. I like my mac & cheese to be a bit more creamy, so I made it with 3 C. of whole milk and found it to still be dry. Next time I will use more milk and possible heavy cream for 1/2 of the liquid. The cheeses were wonderful, and I also added a bit of fontina. Everyone who tasted it loved it and that is what matt"
