Reviewed Southern Cornbread Salad
"Thought this recipe looked rel. tame and boring, but had a menu that I wanted to incorporate cornbread into so decided to make it. It was unbelievable. It wound up being the best thing on the menu and what everybody asked about. I made mine the night before, which I think really helps. I also wound up with extra cornbread after I filled up the"
"These were excellent, even though I changed it up to fit what I had on hand. Instead of chorizo I browned and crumbled about a half pound of regular mild breakfast sausage, and instead of gouda I used monterey jack. Really good and will definitely make again.
Reviewed S'more Brownies
"I made these for the first time for the Super Bowl. They were excellent, worthy of 5 stars. The brownie part is very rich and delicious, but goes really well with the graham cracker crust, since it's not as sweet. In response to some of the comments about too many marshmallows, I used regular size ones, but cut them in half so that they were half as tall and did one layer on the top. Really good and will definitely make again.
