"I love love love this recipe. The only thing I do differently is make a slurry out of Masa and water to thicken the broth. Makes it thicker plus adds mucho flavor.

"They were OK... I used my mandolin, which i think sliced them too thin, and some got super crispy, while others were still wobbly. I still will bake fries however mainly because of it is healthier!
"This was very delicious. I did use 5 tomatoes and almost a whole garlic clove. I also used whole grain penne instead of the regular. Oh! And I also cut up and sauteed some chicken and added it.
Great meal! Definitely a keeper.

"This was delicious. I forgot to purchase the arugula or the spinach and I didn't miss it one bit. Served this with some whitefish fillets, and the DH and I scarfed it down. Best part? On Weight Watchers, this was a 7 point meal with the fish.

"I liked the chicken. That was about it. I disliked the sauce (tasted like ketchup) and I disliked the cous-cous. I would not make this again.
"Eh... This was OK. But was I expecting super yummy, full fat mashed potatoes? No. I had to keep adding a little bit of this, and a little bit of that herbs & seasonings to make them not so bland. It was an OK substitute for mashed potatoes.
