"I made this for Christmas-2012 OMG sooo good. I was spectacle from reading some of the reviews but it's was further from the truth. The cake tasty and not so sweet that you need a half a gallon of milk to ease the sweetness. AND the frosting was out of this world "light and fluffy" just right. "I made this recipe last Thanksgiving-2011 and Christmas-2012. Alton made it easy and quick. I felt that nutmeg was strong, sauce thin and onions not crisp but still good. So second time I gave a sprinkle of nutmeg and doubled the flour for a thicker sauce and I used panko with some dry onion rings just for some onion flavor AND I have perfected it"

"For Christmas Eve 2011 I made this receipe. I enjoyed it. Time baking was a little too much it seemed cake was somewhat dry. Maybe baking time 10 minutes less. Taste was good. Maybe adding or sprinkling some cinnamon would even taste a little more better. I loved the peanut butter spread. Yes I would bake this receipt again.,,,Thank you Sunny :) "

"Thank you Aida. I enjoy your show you make me feel that I can cook too. I love the way you make the recipes look easy. The banana pie is so so scrumpous. I love the pie crust its tasty not boring. Because I watch my calories and sugar intake Christmas and my birthday is the only time I bake this pie. Keep up the great shows I'll be watching them:)
