If I could give this 4 and 1/2 stars, I would. But, I realize that the only reason I don't want to give it a full 5 stars is that I'm too chicken for something this spicy! There isn't much wrong with the recipe, itself. I've cooked a few of Sunny's dishes and I've realized that when she says something is spicy, it's SPICY!!!

This is now the only way I make rice! I use Jasmine rice instead of plain white. It goes great with pretty much any Asian dishes (Thai, Indian, etc.) that compliment the peanuts. This dish is SO good, it will ruin you for Chinese take-out! It does take quite a while to prepare. While it's not dificult, there are a lot of steps to making this dish work, especially if you do the stormy rice (amazing) and some veggies (I steam broc and add to the chicken).
