Reviewed Italian-American Meatballs

"Excellent!!!! I did make a few "tweeks" to the recipe. I used 2 day old Italian crusty bread. I did let it soak in milk. I used a 1/2 Lb of, 80/20 Chuck, and about a 1/4 Lb of each, Veal & Pork. I did bake in a pre heated oven, 375 until almost golden, then I let them finish cooking in Tyler Florence easy Mariana Sauce, which made these absolutely TENDER, let the meatballs cook slow and low in the sauce! Just like being in a 4 Star Italian Restaurant! Try it with Fresh Pasta!

Reviewed Excellent Meatballs

"Very good! I did an adjustment. I first sauteed both the Onion & Garlic, I used an electric chopper, I added in, Italian Parsley, Fresh Basil, Onion & S&P and EVOO. I did OMITT the Pork, I used Chuck, 80/20 & Ground Veal. I baked them 3/4 of the way, then I added all the Meat Balls in the Sauce, I did cover them, and baked at 250 deg. AWSOME!!!! TENDER!!!!!

LOVE to cook! We owned a Diner in, MA. Grew up cooking as a child. Hard to cook small amounts, but I try!  All members were great cooks! Cooking is LOVE from inside of you, that is the Secret!!!

ALL types of food! This is how you learn. My Dad had a Diner, and my Uncle in, NH had a Dining Resturant. So I watched. Seafood, Comfort Foods, Italian as well. I will even make up recipes by trying other ways also.
