I am about to try this recipe but have a beginner question that has always plagued me while looking at oil-based deep frying in a pan. How do folks dispose of the oil? What I have been doing is to let it cool and then scrape it into the trash. That part of clean-up is never covered in any of the cooking shows so I feel like I'm just making up something...
