Reviewed Beef Bourguignon

"This was excellent. I followed her directions and it came out perfect. I've made it with and without the Pearl onions. I don't think they add much.

I think it tastes even better when heated up. I really enjoyed cooking this. It would be perfect for a dinner party. The garlic bread is so wonderful on the bottom of the bowl.

Reviewed Loaded Mashed Potatoes

"I made this for Christmas Eve dinner and it was delicious. My husband said, "These are the best mashed potatos I've EVER had!" I was worried about how the cheese would taste but no worries now! The cheese was not too much and the bacon was perfect. I would make these again and again. Thanks PAULA!!! ""

"This was delicious!! I was a bit apprehensive about using stewed tomatos in this but it was great. I needed to chop the tomatos, and get all the seeds out of the chipolte otherwise it would have been burning hot. I didn't use a mexican spice blend.. Reviewed Mac and Cheese

"This is by far the best Mac and Cheese I've ever made. Everytime I make this for someone they rave about it. I would not change the cheeses. It can be expensive but well worth it.

I've made it with store bought bread crumbs and my own... I don't think it matters much which you use. It's a lot easier to use plain bread crumbs and sprinkle some extra butter on top.
