I needed to chop the tomatos, and get all the seeds out of the chipolte otherwise it would have been burning hot. I didn't use a mexican spice blend.. I've made it with store bought bread crumbs and my own... I don't think it matters much which you use. It's a lot easier to use plain bread crumbs and sprinkle some extra butter on top.
