Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole
"As a family , we all like the recipe very much. However, I did make a couple of changes. First, from wild rice I went to a combination of white/brown long grain rice (the family is not crazy about wild rice). And, secondly I cut the chicken back to about two cups and used cooked spicy Italian (poultry version) sausage cut into slices. ""
Like everyone else here, I love to cook and create new dishes. I do most of the cooking and therfore most of the grocery shopping.
