"I agree with GeminiCook below. The recipe deviates greatly from the video. My caramel sauce did not work when following the written recipe. The caramel became very sticky and lumpy; it crystallized and was a mess. After watching the video for a second time, it made since to just leave it alone just as Tyler stated in the video. I'm trying it again today and I will follow the video.

"FABULOUS!!!! This was a very good recipe. I made a few changes by adding black beans and cannolini beans, as well as carrots. My children were in love!!!!
