Great flavor. I wish I had seen the review posted on 4/9 because I too experienced a gritty texture from the mushrooms. I hope someone will answer how to avoid that. I wouldn't like to serve to company with the gritty stuff. Otherwise, this is a great recipe. The mushrooms are very flavorful. My first time using porcini mushrooms."

I really liked this recipe. It is super easy. I made a few changes most of which were good for me except one.
