"I am not very good a cooking. Sure I have a couple of things under my belt that my mother-in-law has taught me but all in all, no. Frozen fish is resurrected just so they can jump out of my frying pan so I wasn't sure about this recipe. BUT, WOW!! About Me
Mother of 2 picky eater boys, ages 5 & 2. Married to man who's mom cooked everyday of his childhood and when she wasn't home, she spent her Sundays cooking and freezing meals for her family.
Unfortuneatly, he did not marry her...I don't enjoy cooking so the recipes have to be quick and easy. I have a hard time finding inexpensive meals to cook. Our family is burning out on spaghetti, roast, & parmigana chicken. Looking for new, fresh, inspiring ideas to get me to like cooking (not love).
