Reviewed Homemade Toaster Pastry
"I had some plum jam handy along with some puff pastry so tried these and thought they turned out very well. I'll make them again. Wanted to add that the recipe is missing a step to first cut two or three slits in the top of the pastry before baking, to let the steam out; or the pastries will puff up too much. Claire mentioned this on the show this morning, but the step is missing from the online recipe.
