"I was really disappointed with this recipe. The Rotel made it uncomfortably spicy, even for me. It definitely needed "something" else added to it. I had to add a lot of sour cream, a lot more salt, more allspice, Kitchen Bouquet and beef concentrate to make it taste even remotely edible. I will not be making this again."
