Great recipe! and its a new home favorite. I also added cinnamon to the sugar step, and I used Kraken black spiced rum to the apricot dressing. Definitely remember to rotate the pan in the over at 20mins and if your making this for the first time! Keep a close eye on your tart. In my oven it only takes 40mins to cook. "
