"@vnadine....that is how my grandmother taught me to cook and I have no problem with it, but I can see how someone who is learning to cook would have a problem with it. This was a pretty dish, but not a big pickled apple and onion fan.

"This was good..but I used Miller Lite for the gravy and it was not at all bitter. I might also add I cooked boneless fried chicken breast instead of porkchops.
