Insanely good! I put bacon crumbles and caramelized onions in the center with the cheeses of all kinds and...BOOM goes the flavor! Make sure the bacon and onions have cooled before you put them in the center. I have read all of the reviews, and I agree, I have gotten ones that I have felt to be a bit soggy. I personally like to put a touch of parm on while baking. It seems to give a nice crust.
