Loved this recipe! Only change next time: much less salt!

And the reason so many people had to cook it longer after lowering the temp is because the temp listed here (275) is NOT what Ree has on her blog. The correct temp to lower the oven to is 300 degrees! I'll try to let Foodnetwork know also.
