"I am one of those who thinks sweet potatoes are great with butter and salt and pepper, so when I saw 2 cups of sugar to 3 cups of mashed sweet potatoe, I sat back a little. I adjusted the sugar to 1/3 c and I probably had 4 or 5 cups of mashed potatoes. I skipped the topping as well. It was delicious to me. Not overly sweet, just a little ligh""
