"Made the chowder and shrimp rolls for dinner. The shrimp filling was very good, although I though it was missing a little something. I added a hint of garlic powder and about a teaspoon of Old Bay for a little extra kick. Loved it! ""
Reviewed Coconut Macaroons
"Made these twice. Once just like the original recipe, with the exception of refrigerating for an hour. They ran a bit in the oven, but tasted great. The second time, I added an additional cup (and a bit more) of coconut to the mix. They turned out great. Kept their shape beautifully in the oven, but did bake a bit longer, about 25 minutes total. D"
Reviewed Smoked Sausage Jambalaya
"Loved it. Amazing flavors. My only problem, was that it took longer to cook than the recommended 20 minutes. After the initial 20 minutes, the bottom was cooked, but the top was still hard. I continued cooking for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Also made a vegetarian version with shrimp and Italian style Tofurkey for my son. Also, very tasty. Think I will pass on the Zatarains from here on out =)"

"I wanted to try this recipe as written. Like others mentioned the bottoms of the paper liners were oily. A couple more finds, the centers were moist, but the tops were flat and a bit hard. Not sure why, baked them exactly as it said and for the suggested time. The family loved them, regardless. Going to try Magnolia Bakery version next time around, which is made with 3/4 c. soft butter in place of the oil. "
