My Activity

Reviewed Pizzettes with Caramelized Onions, Goat Cheese, and Prosciutto

"I hosted a Venetian-themed cocktail party and these were the biggest hit!! I cooked the onions for like 90 minutes on the lowest heat on my stove. They barely need any attention. I would just stir every five or 10 minutes. My husband rolled out the dough and it did look time consuming, but the rest was easy. I skipped the prosciutto b/c someon"

Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup

"This recipe was very time consuming. It took forever to roll out the meatballs, probably at least 30 minutes. My meat mixture was very wet and sticky, which made rolling meatballs tough. I used wheat bread to make the bread crumbs b/c that's all I had at home, perhaps this was my downfall? Browning the meatballs also took a great deal of time "
