Reviewed Redfish with Anchovies and Thyme

I loved this recipe! I made it for my Dad who loves anchovies as much as I do. Only changes I made were diced 3 garlic cloves, used an entire small tin of anchovies and used Marsala. YUM! I also made the chickpea tomato salad (googled Nigella's recipe) and it is the perfect accompaniment. Thanks Nigella!

My foodie Italian Dad and I both loved loved loved this recipe. He said it's the best caponata ever! Had to make a few changes as missing ingredients - didn't use fennel, raisins or pine nuts. Added some Hungarian green peppers as we got those from my sis in law's Dad's garden - seeded so they weren't hot. I'd have preferred to keep the seed"
