I'm a home cook and enthusiastic eater, who also sells wine for a living. I'm also an avid griller. I'm always looking for recipes that are healthy but don't sacrifice rich flavors. Balance is difficult!
Favorite Foods
Pretty much anything Latin - Mexican, Italian, Spanish, Puerto Rican, Cuban - and many things Mediterranean. I love food from Morocco, Syria and Lebanon; the spice combinations are amazing. I live in a city with an astounding selection of amazing restaurants and food carts. Some of my favorites are Laurelwood Market, Biwa, Porque No?, Toro Bravo, Andina, Habibi, and Apizza Scholls.
