Reviewed Lizzie's Chicken and Dumplings

"Actually the review from josephsalm8017 was "spot on". It was the negative connotation which ruined his comments! Not everyone has the same tastes. That's why you take a recipe and make it your own by changing it to your likes. I think this recipe, along with the suggestions from others, could possibly be the best CnDs I've ever had! I'm constan"

Reviewed Beef Stroganoff

"This is a delicious recipe. When using a recipe, please read the whole recipe, and then read it again. It clearly states to "adjust seasoning to taste". It then states to add salt and pepper as needed. A lot of recipes have specific amounts but there has frequently been more which state to "add/adjust to your taste because not everyone likes the same amount of salt. Start out with a small amount. You can always add more, but you can't take it out. Don't give recipes bad reviews because you are not following the directions/instructions.

Reviewed Steak Soup

"Once again Sunny has another winner. I made this last nite and everyone loved it. I just left out the jalepenos and added cayenne pepper. I even remembered to cut the strips across the grain so they would be nice and tender. I think that's what a lot of people forget.

Reviewed Spicy Baked Chickpeas

"I'm so glad I decided to read the reviews before attempting this recipe. I'm very disappointed when users find big problems with a chef/cook's recipe, the recipe is not rewritten, edited, etc. It seems the only ones who ended up giving it five stars had to do a lot of work to get the desired results. Claire is having a show on 10/07 (a.m.) which will also feature this recipe. I wish I could be home to watch it. I wonder if she is going to alter it in any way?
