Been in the food industry for over 20 yrs, off and on.Love to cook but gotta do it my way, I have no certification and as far as I can see don't want it either.May not have the right to call myself a chef but consider myself to be equivelant to one. Still a lot I need to learn on it tho. I take a break from the stress of the restaurant every so often and indulge in my love of horses as a vacation by working ranches and trail guide outfits. would love to combine the two in a B&B/stable/catering business.
