Reviewed Sweet Potato Casserole

"it seems like my previous review got deleted, but i just wanted to say this looks good and i'll be back to review it again after thanksgiving. i had a friend that made this type of casserole, but she made hers with a streusel type topping. it's a great crunchy, candy-like addition and it'll give the casserole a sweeter taste for those who want to add more brown sugar. i suggest 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter, 1/3 cup flour and 1 cup pecans. adjust as you see necessary of course. happy thanksgiving to every1!

"opps, i forgot to say that some people add flour to their topping. equal amounts of flour to butter. i don't, but just incase you wanted to make it a certain way.

"This recipe sounds great! I had a friends recipe that was pretty good, but long story short i don't have it anymore. This recipe sounds a bit right. I'll come back with a review after Thanksgiving. However I recommend making the topping with more than just pecans. Mixing together butter, brown sugar and the pecans and smoothering it all over the top makes a great crunchy, candy-like topping. It's delicious! I'd say 1/2 cup brown sugar, 4 tbl butter and 1/2 cup chopped pecans would be good, but you can adjust it to your liking.
