Reviewed Fried Couscous Salad

This is a great recipe. As a vegetarian I make this all the time for dinner. I do however make a few additions. I roast vegetables, red peppers, broccoli, zucchini and yellow squash, or whatever you like, and use feta instead of the ricotta salata. My family, including the carnivores love it."
