"This was yummy. I made this today. However, due to my family's preferences, I made this with chicken thighs. I used 7 thighs. My family does not care for rosemary so I used thyme. I had no spring garlic so I used 3 chopped garlic cloves instead. I didn't have baby carrots so I substituted 4 large carrots, sliced diagonally 1 1/2 inches thick.""
