Reviewed Braised Beef Brisket with Onions, Mushrooms, and Balsamic

"This was Awesome! The meat was tender, didn't even need a knife! and the sauce was rich and flavorful. Used a 3# brisket for two people and had just enough leftovers for the next day. Even if you don't love the balsamic flavor of the sauce, the meat can be cooked this way just to tenderize. Then you could add BBQ sauce or whatever you prefer,(my husband did this the next day.) I am cooking a double batch this weekend for company! Try this recipe!"
