Great taste, but I always have to bake mine for a few hours and then keep in the oven with the heat off for a few hours after that for them to get completely "done" (crunchy). ""

This is the best fudge...I make it every year and put it in mini cupcake papers so it remains seperated from the rest of my christmas cookies. I freeze whatever I don't use and it keeps for quite some time!
