“We loved this flan.
I used fresh organic coconut milk sold in the refrigerated milk section. Omitted the toasted coconut and substituted fresh berries.
So easy. So delish. I made the traditional size flan in my fluted dish. Had 7 guests for dinner. They wanted seconds...I didn't have enough.
