Reviewed Quick Cinnamon Rolls - No Yeast
"As others have stated this is not the same as rolls made with yeast. But..the flavors are spot-on and do hit the spot. I may have overworked the dough as it came out rather dense and biscuit like in texture, and not bread-y as rolls (with yeast) should be. As for the glaze, I used about 1 c of powdered sugar mixed with 1 tbsp of melted butter, 1/2 ..."
