Reviewed Pan-Fried Cod with Slaw
"Never knew how good pan-fried cod was until Al at Market Street recommended it. I substituted panko crumbs for the cracker meal and added cumin and chili powder for a little more flavor. I haven't tried the slaw yet, but have served this with a black bean, corn and red pepper salad and my family loves it.
