“I used a couple of t-bone steaks instead of the flank steak as that was what I had, but the gorgonzola sauce was FANTASTIC.
I was only serving two, so there was more sauce than I needed, so I spread some on french bread & put it under the broiler till it was golden brown. Poured the rest of the sauce on top of the green beans....”
