My Activity

Reviewed Banana Bread

"This recipe was a great base for what I made. Mixed 1 stick butter, 1C sugar, 2 eggs, and 2Tbsp. sour cream. Only had 2 bananas, and put in 1.5 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1/3 cup heavy cream and set aside in separate bowl. Then in third bowl did the dry ingredients; 2C self-rising flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp"

Reviewed Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Honey and Cinnamon

"I followed the recipe exactly and they came out all wrong. The honey burned some parts of the sweet potato, so it was a sticky burnt coating, but the outsides were not crispy at all. Reviewed Grilled Steak with Rosemary and Garlic

The recipe could not get any easier...I think total prep time was about 10 minutes and then throwing it in the oven for an hour was perfect. The loaf itself was fabulous with the onions and green peppers, but what really makes this a keeper is the topping!
I made su"

Reviewed Sauteed Kale

"This was my first time making kale and I was a little nervous, because it looks so tough, but because of the health benefits, I thought I would give it a try.
5 stars because of the FLAVOR & EASE!
I used the pre-washed baby kale that comes in a box (no prep required) and followed the directions, but it only took about 10 minutes total to make. T"

Reviewed Ginger, Lemon, and Lime Martini

"Absolutely, hands down, the best drink I've ever had.

I didn't have lemon vodka, so I used 1 cup of regular vodka, with half of the syrup yield, and topped off the shaker with lemon perrier. It was AMAZING!

I made these for my boyfriend and I, but had extra ice cubes, so made them again two days later for my family. Everyone loved them. Definit"
