However, I did exactly what Giada said to do with the cranberries and mine still ended up all along the bottom of the cake...Not sure why this happened? "very tasty, followed the recipe exactly however i used brown rice and after 15 mins of simmering the rice was still hard but not cooked...i added another 1/2cup-ish of water and brought it to a boil and let it simmer for about 15 more minutes and it was perfect.
