Reviewed Crostini with Thyme-Roasted Tomatoes

Simple and fabulous. I've made this 3 times and it has been a hit each time. Everyone really enjoyed it. Baking the crostini for 10 minutes made them a little too hard for my tastes. The second time I made it I baked the crostini for 7 minutes and it was still too hard. Third time I made it A baked the crostini for 5 minutes and it was perfect. "
